The Arab Thought Foundation headquarters is a mixed-use waterfront development on Abhur Bay, Jeddah, that envisions a vibrant, mixed-use community focused on promoting pride in core Arab values, identity and intellectual development through appropriate cultural programs and activities.

The design response proposes a publicly accessible multi-level podium that intersperses shopping, food & beverage, and a multi-purpose amphitheater among public park land, anchored by a new Museum for Arab Culture and the Project Y headquarters itself at the heart of the development. Prominently visible from and across Abhur Bay, the museum is flanked by the site’s ‘gateway’ towers, which themselves mark the site’s presence on the skyline.
